WHY ANALYSE AND TRAIN?

Operators have a legal duty to check all tachograph charts for infringements and to advise drivers accordingly

This is time consuming, without expensive analysis equipment, that most operators simply shelve the problem.

We can free you of this “hassle” at very little cost.

Most driver infringements are caused unknowingly through either ignorance of the hours and tachograph regulations or simply a lack of the basic knowledge required to operate a tachograph correctly.

A properly trained driver views his tachograph positively, as an aid to avoid falling foul of the law, not as the negative stereotype “spy in the cab”.

Digital Tachographs?  

2006 saw the introduction of the new digital tachograph.

Automatic analysis of infringements of the regulations for each drivers last 28 days will be carried out on the side of the road using digital technology.

There will be no need for inspectors or the gardai to have a detailed knowledge of the law as infringements will be printed out by the tachograph printer.

Drivers and their employers must prepare for the changes that will be introduced at short notice.
